LFS Change Log

Txt version, please maximise window and select Format, Word Wrap.  Use TAB to move cursor to column heading.

Machine Name: (useful if you have more than one PC running LFS – State OS / Service Pack / Build)
Installation Location: (useful if you have more than one installation of LFS)

Explanation of column headings.
-------------------------------

Change Number: Incremental number

Date: Date of change in your country format.  State which format e.g. dd/mm/yy or mm/dd/yy

Time: Time of change (useful if more than one change is applied on the same day).  Leave blank if unsure.

Change Applied: Record ANY change, no matter how small, from applying a version patch to adding or deleting a single file in your \LFS folder.

Effects of Change: Note down what happened after applying the change.  Take note of the following:

	Sound Problems - Is there any distortion to the sound?  Is there any improvement in sound?

	Graphical Problems - Have any graphics in the menu screens changed?  Have any in game graphics changed?

	Input Problems - Are there any problems with the keyboard, mouse or steering wheel as a result of this change?

	Unlocking Problems - Do you need to keep unlocking LFS?

	Other Problems - Any InSim/OutGauge problems?

Provide screenshots if necessary and paste them outside of this table (provide some text next to the screenshot linking it back to the Change Number).
