Rising Stars Through Oval [RSTO] - series organised by Elite Racing Team

It will take place in April - May - Beginning of June, with 1 week time space between the events.

All Events will take place on the Kyoto Oval circuit

# FBM - 1 Race on KY1 - 1 Race on KY1R

event 1 - FBM - 30 laps 
event 2 - FBM - 30 laps reverse

# FOX - 1 Race on KY1 - 1 Race on KY1R

event 3 - FOX - 50 laps 
event 4 - FOX - 50 laps reverse

# FO8 - 1 Race on KY1 - 1 Race on KY1R

event 5 - FO8 - 75 laps
event 6 - FO8 - 75 laps reverse

# BF1 - 2 Races on KY1

event 7 - BF1 - 100 laps
event 8 - BF1 - 125 laps 

# Bonus event

When the last event has finished, we (the organisation team) will nominate two cars for an oval race (=Bonus Race), and ALL particpants (incl. the Safety Car Driver(s)) can vote then.

47 racers MAX. Participants.

After a free Qualifying of 30 Minutes, the 32 drivers with the best time will advance into the race.

The Name of the Server where the race will take place is [ER] Team Server

Races will be on Saturday, and being on the server 15 minutes before the start of the qualifying will be mandatory, otherwise you have to start at the back of the Grid


Safety car(s) will be on FBM/FOX - VolksWagen Scirocco (If it is out until then, otherwise FZ5)
Safety car(s) will be on FO8/BF1 - FXR

# Positions

1st - 15 points

2nd - 12 points

3rd - 10 points

4th - 8 points

5th - 6 points

6th - 4 points

7th - 3 points

8th - 2 points

9th and 10th - 1 point

# Qualifying

The Top 3 of each Qualifying Session will get 1 extra point.

# Bonus Points

Competing in all events (excl. bonus) - 5 points extra.
Competing in 7 events   (excl. bonus) - 3 points extra.
Competing in 6 events   (excl. bonus) - 2 points extra.

# You will get points only from 6 races, this is to help people attends in the series, people can have sometimes unexpected business
and that's why we have only 6 races which will count.

There are 6 strict rules. First Breaking will Result in a Kick from the event, second will result in 3 Races ban.

1. Respect the other Drivers' lines, meaning overtaking on the inside, and if someone is behind you, give him the place on the inside line.

2. Behave yourself, Dont Ram on purpose in any of these events.

3. Dont be late. (from this will be only kicking, no banning. And if you have a good reason then we let you race)

4. Be fair to other drivers so they will be fair to you.

5. Flags are to Respect with no exception.

6. Don't cheat, hack, or do something else like that.

there are 4 different penalties. 

1. Ban from Elite Racing Team's Server Permanently, Only possible to get through Hacking.

2. Ban until the end of the Series.

3. Inrace Penalties, such as Kick, Drive-Through and Stop/Go.

4. Verbal Penalties, such as warnings

Everybody of the League Organisators is allowed to speak out any of these penalties
