Rubie's SILLY13, but tuned to over 300 bhp!
The original SILLY13 might be too slow for you? Look no further, here's a tuned version of it! Over 300 bhp, thicker tires, a "borrowed" turbo from the XRT, and more!

Note: I take no credit for the visuals of the mod, I asked Rubie (who made the original SILLY13) for permission to create this tuned version of the original mod, if you want screenshots of proof, let me know and I can arrange that. Also, massive thanks to [OD]Jardim for the help to contact Rubie.

Skin Templates Kit
The LFS Vehicle editor provides options to create skin templates. A template helps you create skins for a vehicle by giving you the outlines of the vehicle's shape, within which you can draw the livery that will be drawn onto the vehicle.
There are 4 types of templates:

- White background wireframe template
- Black background wireframe template
