The first, If you want to use those programs, 13'' is too small. If you have small laptop, there is poor components as well included. So, If your budget is able to get only 13''-14'' inches, you can forget at least HD's and LFS.
If you want seriously quality computer, I recommend highly desktop. Live For Speed uses a lot of processor yes I agree. If you don't want desktop, I recommend to search only over 17'' computers, or then you can go play only Window's Pinball.
I have started to develop next and new video of FoX Junkies. The name of it will be Live For Speed - FoX Junkies - Green Lights !. I'm just under little hard decision, because we remember what chaos wrong music decision started in late last year in my another FoX Junkies video. So, I have to decide good music to new video (release estimate March 2010), and I think one good option is QUEEN: Don't Stop Me (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HgzGwKwLmgM)
So lets discuss about music, give your suggestions and keep going !
I know, my computer is just peace of shit and very poor laptop..
Processor: AMD Sempron SI-40 Graphics Card:ATi Raden HD3200 Memory: 1 x 2GB Hard Drive: 1 x 160GB Monitor: LCD 15,4'' Operating System: Windows Vista Home Basic 32-bit (FIN)
Doesn't matter do I buy i7 or i100. That's just the truth that graphics card is as well very old. In two years I'm planning to buy new computer, when I will finish my studies and start live alone..
If I understood your first question correctly, I have tried both anti-aliasing, Live For Speed's own anti-aliasing and from ATi's Catalyst Control Center. In both cases I get same frames.
I spawned with FOX to WE1 with window mode, 57-61fps. I pressed Shift + F4, it changed to full screen, 56-63fps. So difference is very little.
I'm using 15,4'' monitor. I don't use 16bit, they're just too ugly. Now I checked again my resolution what I was using, it's 1280x768. And I tried 16bit of that resolution, fps increased from 60 to 78. And my full settings you can check in attached image.
btw, my computer is very poor and slow and I'm really frustrated cause of it.
I entered to Live For Speed S2 at June 2009 and I started to drive in FoX Junkies server. Since tuesday I didn't haveany problems with connection but now I'm not able to connect, it only says "connection timed out". I can't use their TeamSpeak 3 server or websites either. What I can do, what is the problem?
I will soon start developing of third (3rd) and next FoX Junkies video and I will ask what I should improve to next video? I need some opinions and ideas of improvement points so I can fix them to next video.
You worth your ban - seriously. First of all, this guy is very annoying and claims that he is adult (i will cut my balls if he is). And he have NOT got skills to drive in 4-wide. Always when I drive with him in 4-wide, I got ****ed.
I recommend permanent ban for him due he is very childish and rubbish guy. And here is a lot wanted replay of his big crash and included several cars. He has been my nightmare last 2 weeks..
Live For Speed - FoX Junkies - Just Racing is the second video is 3GM65D's FoX Junkies video series. Last video bore a big sensation because there was wrong music but now everything is fixed. Just Racing contains a lot of improvements after Action video...
- less lag
- music (in last video music started a big sensation)
- more racing, less crashes
- better and improved camera views and angles
- in-game texts removed
