Eh... he's made alot of contributions to the community, but does anyone benefit from him being a mod? Dont think so... Im not undermining his ability, so pls do not misunderstand... hehe.

But they're different companies, Logitech and Microsoft. Maybe someday when the 360 sales skyrocket they'll produce a driver that allows the G25 to work with the 360. Till then, its the wireless racing wheel.
It isn't entirely wireless, tbh. U have to connect a wire from the wheel to the pedals, and another wire to a plug if u want force feedback. Wireless? lols.

OWRL is a great league... I tried the recent BF1 @ SOLong race, and it rocks. The guys there dont act like noobs, and they're insanely fast.

I'd like to join a BF1 team as well, anyone willing to take me? Haha.

Oh yea, i remembered that the Momo is prone to many problems like a lousy pedal or damaged optical sensors. Sometimes the lights even refuse to light up.

Momo does look alot like an F1 wheel, but i think 240 degrees is a tad too little...

Yep, i totally agree wif u. I have experienced (a few times, in fact), that people crash me out of a race whether purposely or accidentally and when i get back to them (in a polite way), i get flamed instead. I guess there's nothing much we can do about it besides ranting and complaining, cos u cant ban all wreckers forever.

Also, the crash simulation isnt quite well done... cos a small tap can cause a car to fly, spin, then eat wall. Maybe this problem can be first solved before the devs improve the AI and other stuff... hehe

The majority of the community is great, just a few (if i may) idiots who are wasting their 24 pounds bent on destroying a great day for many the racers.

There will be some sort of nationalism in u.. For example, u would usually support ur own country in A1 is it not? However nationality wouldn't matter much to me.

Maybe they're short of time or manpower? There're only 3 people working on this sim, so slow developments are understandable.

Yea... with new titles like Forza 2, the upcoming PGR 4 and NFS Pro Street, LFS ain't gonna be very popular.

Im currently hooked onto Guild Wars: Nightfall, and my time on LFS has decreased. Unless I manage to sell my kidney for a G25. Hehe.

Advertising does help LFS to gain popularity, but i fear we'll only get more demo wreckers.

Lol im using the W43 patch and nowadays there're only about 50-70 servers and most (if not all) of them are empty. The few servers that aren't usually have only 1 or 2 persons in them. Issit partly bcos im usually playing LFS on GMT 0400-1000 ?

Nowadays P4 is ard 2.1 gHz, i overclocked my Core2 Duo frm 2.8 to 3.3 hehehe. This prob has something to do with ur graphics card. Check that the motherboard isnt overheating and maybe u'll like a change of graphics card. I recommend Nivida GeForce 7XXX Series.

Exactly. Fisichella looked slow and wasn't very good during the whole of last season. Coulthard deproved a whole lot since last season, Hamilton made an impressive debut, Alonso looking abit slower as compared to the world champion last season. And Spyker Ferrari - let's juz drop it.

Yea but he wouldn't get some info like "3 seconds lead on Hamilton" or any of his or other drivers' lap times. On the whole, it was pretty difficult for him, good performance with the F2007. I'd reckon he get a top three finish in the world championship, unlike last season when the McLaren car was unreliable.

Hehe, Im a huge fan of F1 and Kimi's Ferrari. Nice that he won it. Kimi's radio broke down at the start of the race... it was hard for him too, that's why you see him going into the 1st pitstop so early - he has to estimate. Massa did a great job, climbing up 16 places. If he had started on the 1st row, he'd have gotten a podium finish.

Names over cars is for convenience, names off is for realism. Tough take, but I still vote names over cars - Easier to identify people ( Since some of them change skins frequently) and to see police cars in Carribean Cruise... .

Hmm... Sounds logical, but one of my best cars is the BF1. Once you've got a good, grippy setup, u dont have to turn on TC to hear the awful noise, and you'll find that racing with it isn't much of a challenge. I haven't been plaing with it online, since no popular servers host the BF1. It's quite cool too, actually. Driving a 720 BHP car specially designed for racing is quite a nice feeling, but that's juz my opinion. Perhaps im too biased since I loved Formula 1 ever since I watched Schumi.
