The tail of the FZR doesnt look like the the tail of the original Nissan.
Also the decals on the side-skirts dont look that good...

Do something with the BMW Symbol on the front. It looks too big and a bit streched.
If I were you I would add an red line from the front to the tail.On red ground, the red line should be white.

why are you replacing the black mask with a texture? These are non skinnable areas. The texture only will increase the file-size of your *.jpg

What program do you use? In Photoshop its no problem. Just make a new layer for every new color.

I don't know what program you use, but you should fix the place in the green circle.
And what about the hood? How does it look, when the front end is black?
If you add a little angle to the white stripe on the side, the fxo would look more dynamic.
A black outline for the white stripe also would be cool. And some little decals, for example some white decals on the hood would look nice. So it looks a bit naked.

If I were you, I would multiply the default skin in an extra layer with the skin.
It adds some shadows etc...
