For a long time I have had that empty feeling in my stomach, like something was missing. Like an important part of me wasn't there. All this time I've lived a life of an empty shell of a man, in pursuit of that single moment. That very brief period of time when I'll feel complete. Let me tell you kind sir, thank you for offering me that moment. I can now finally forget my dark past and once again rejoice at the sound of birds. To cry at the sight of double rainbows and wonder what it means. To feel the soft breeze as it so softly caresses my skin. To close my eyes and let the warmth of the sun envelop me with love and tenderness. For that my kind sir, I thank you. I honestly feel my life is now complete

Quote from buedi :LOL, what a retard. Got so excited when the GTs had to step off the throttle because of Traffic and he closed up to them again "I still keep up with them WOOT!" ROTFL!!

And how stupid can you be to drive with one hand and make a film with another one. That´s absolutely reckless. There are so many stupid people on the Autobahn even on the right lane, that you have to focus on the Traffic and what´s around you. Not holding a cam and showing the world that a car with twice the horse power is accellerating nearly twice as fast. Thank god nothing happened. I hate these people who think they are fast. They are constantly blocking the left lane. And when there´s a speed limit (let´s say 80 km/h because of road works) they shoot through that area with 120 km/h, only a few cm away from the workers arses just to block the left lane again when the Speed limit is canceled. :arge:

I know I should post something hillarious now to not be Off Topic... but WTF... such a re<beep>, f*<beep> as<beep>le... WTF!

Uh, are you sure you're commenting on the vid I posted? Could you please tell me what vid the link takes you to?

Also, it's "Apex Cup", not Apec There's another typo in the 4th paragraph, you missed an "e" in "here".

Noted and solved. The highly trained typist monkey which wrote that will be fired immediately

A Third of The Way to a Year

Inexpugnabilis is Latin for unconquerable, not to be taken by force. It is the word from which we derive our identity, but it also represents our main goal: to become one of the strongest simulation racing teams ever created. While it might be optimistic, we have proven many times that one's abilities are limited only by how far one would be willing to dream. Thus we feel that overcoming the fear of aiming high is the first step on the path towards reaching our goal.

The team was official created on the 16th of April, 2010. Time was allocated to perfect the design which would eventually be able to satisfy the entire team and allow us to perform at our peak performance. The team is run by our management division consisting of Petri Purhonen, Nolan Scott, and Tommy Østgaard. The backbone is formed up by our drivers: Arni Arnason, Phil Diaz, Thomas Arends, Rudy Van Buren, Dennis Lind, Kenneth O'Keefe, Magnus Björndal, Mark Bunby, and Teemu Iivonen.

I was given the opportunity to be part of this new and promising simulation racing team as their primary editor. I obviously took the offer and in return it has given me many joyful moments. The pleasure of working with skilled drivers, even watching some of them succeed in real life, and the happiness of seeing it expand are but only a few of the accomplishments the team has achieved to give me this happiness.

The atmosphere inside the team can be seen as quite a paradox. While we strive to be as professional as we can, we do not forget the reason at heart due to which everyone is here, to enjoy racing. So while there is a sense of complete dedication towards one's tasks, there is no sign of rigidity. As cheesy and stereotypical as it might sound, we are just like a family.

With humility declared, I feel we have managed to accomplish many great things in the short period of time we have existed. This is in my opinion due in no small part to the determination, dedication, and motivation which my team mates have shown, this being something for which I praise them.

We want to thank those of you who have believed in us, but we also want to thank those that have given us the encouragement to improve ourselves through criticism. We would like to commemorate our achievements in the following list:

Live for Speed

- International GT Championship 2010: Race Winners, Runners Up

- Apex Cup 2010: Individual and Team Champions

- SSL: Individual Champions

- International XF GTi Championship: Individual Champions

- Spdo Database Record of 94 starts, 87 podiums, and 54 wins in leagues that range from the ones listed, to LFSCART, GT3 Touring Car Cup, Original LFS League, and many more. Two of ineX Racing's drivers are also 3rd and 5th for the most all time race wins

iRacing

- Competitors in the oval Pro Series Tour and the prestigious DWC championship

- Pro Series 2010 Race Winners

rFactor

- ineX Racing's three lone rFactor drivers have accomplished the following:

- Phil Diaz: 25 Events, 19 Podiums, 11 Wins, 11 Poles, 6 Track Records, and an Offroad Record of 8 Events, 8 Poles, and 8 Wins

- Dennis Lind: 15 Events, 5 Podiums, 2 Wins, 6 Poles, and 2 Track Records

- Magnus Björndal: 9 Events, 7 Podiums, 4 Wins, 3 Poles, and 3 Track Records

A third of the way to a year has passed for IneX Racing. We have grown and greatly enjoyed competing against worthy opponents. We hope that we will be able to participate in simulation racing for a very long time, and perhaps when the wrenched, inevitable time to move on comes,to have left a mark in the simracing world.

Westfield Cup Spa Francorchamps 28th-30th May

As many people in the racing community know, Rudy van Buren's father ,Gino van Buren, is the owner of the dutch company Westfield Netherlands and creator of the Westfield Cup which ,in it's third year of competition, has become one of the largest dutch racing series, fielding upwards of 40 cars per race.

Last year, Rudy drove four events and managed to win three, but being the "son of the boss"' has not allowed him to run as many events as desired. Although all cars are identical and have the same specs, the two's relationship can play a factor in the reputation of the series and thus, Rudy does not drive the series year round. In reference to the cars themselves, the only adjustable features on the car are the tire pressure, camber, toe, and shock bump and rebound.

"The thing you need is a heavy right foot." - Rudy van Buren

This year, Rudy and his father had disagreements concerning if and what races Rudy would be allowed to drive this year. In the end it was decided that if they participated, it should be at Spa Francorchamps. Luckily, a good friend of Gino's called to offer Rudy a seat in his car. Of course the offer was confirmed as it was seen to be a picture perfect chance to participate in a race this year.

The race weekend in Spa started on Friday with two practice sessions and qualifying. A race was held on both Saturday and Sunday, mounting a three day weekend. The weather forecast for the first two days turned out to be great however, Sunday's forecast was bleak and unfortunately didn't turn out as well.

Although the first session was on Friday, they arrived Thursday afternoon to prepare the driver's tent, make changes to the car and to make sure Rudy was fully rested since the race was at 8:00 AM.

They arrived Friday morning at the track at 6:45 AM... "It was early, but that gave us enough time to be relaxed, as well as give us time to check the damping, tire pressure, change clothes, get to the pit line with plenty of time, etc," Rudy said. It rained during the night so the track was damp but by then the sun had already broken threw. "It was the first session of the day so I went on track with a relaxed mentality, feeling if everything with the car was okay and just keeping it all together since the rest of the day would be dry." As soon as the light went green on the end of the pit lane, Rudy went out on the track to do his warm up lap. The next lap would contain Rudy's first truly "hot moment" of the weekend... "Going into Eau Rouge I hit the white line with one wheel and the car snapped at a point on the track you just don't want it to. I locked all 4 wheels as soon as I could, slid sideways over the track, and had a very lucky escape. After that I drove a bit more careful, but in the end the pace was there." Despite this, Rudy still took the top spot in the session by quite a large margin.

The second session of the day was a Westfield only free practice, as the other session in the morning was also open to different car classes . "The session went very well for me. After some mistakes in the first few laps, I had the pace and the car was pretty good on the dry track. I took the fastest time by 1.7 sec."

The last session of the day was the qualification. Although he was held up during his first 2 laps, Rudy was finally able to get a clear track and took the pole by nearly one second.

Saturday morning was much more relaxed than Friday, as they only needed to be on track by 11:25 AM. "We had a good night and arrived at the track at 9:00 AM. After we checked several things on the car, we went to the pre-grid stahe and I prepared myself for the first race of the weekend."

"A rolling start was used for race one... At the start, I thought the pole sitter was supposed to go after we reached the first hairpin. However, the driver starting in third took some risk and dove on the inside beforehand. Thus, I was forced to let him through. As soon as we got out of the hairpin I was able to grab his slipstream down the hill, up Eau Rouge, and on the back straight I was able to pass him. From then on I was able to drive away and take the win by 17 seconds after a 25 min race."

On Sunday it rained extremely hard all night as expected. They arrived at the track around 9:00 AM again, but the rain had yet to cease. "Because of the weather we updated the tire pressure and changed the damping a little. I was sure we could grab the double because the rain suits me even better than a dry track." The race began again with a rolling start but this time, Rudy was able to stay in front of the others into the hairpin. Rudy tried to create as big of a gap as possible early on. After a few hot moments, he managed to gap the field by two seconds by the end of the first lap. "From that point on I drove a steady pace and extended the gap every lap. In the end the only guy who stayed within a ten second gap spun off the track." This meant that Rudy was able to end the race with a 26 second gap between himself and second place.

"Overall the weekend couldn't have been better for me. We were the fastest in each session, sat on pole, and won both races. To top it all off we were awarded our trophies on the F1 podium!"

Quotes and original story by Rudy van Buren / Edited by Demetrius Adelin and Nolan Scott.

Quote from KillaBOFC :umm REDNECK a farmer who tending all bent over all day in the field they would get a sunburn on the back of the neck ''hence'' the word redneck..
Yes im a ass according to the wife and i don't care about spelling it doesn't make the world go around been out of school 24years now..
And according to my rights in the US i can speak and say as i wish I can spell just choose not to its a freakin <<< yea i typed freakin im a redneck to I junk for a living you can watch the roadkill threw my floor boards I have a wife who bitches more than Rosana Bar and a 70pound 1/2 German-Shepard blue-tick coon dog mix great dog ..AS a redneck i find it funny how people worry who some one spells looks who the worship how the dress or how they talk ITS STUPID. Im proud to b a redneck and live in the best country who has kicked the chit out of every country who as has crossed our pass and pissed in beer

I honestly don't think we're snobs because we care about spelling. Spelling correctly allows other people to better understand what you're trying to say and.... actually just leave it be, we've talked about this subject far too much on this forum only to come to the conclusion that we can only agree to disagree.
