for christmas i got a turtlebeach x41 wireless headset, really good headset but it only works the microphone on the xbox. Which i never really use. So my dad was going to take it back but they said it has to be in original packaging, but it came in that stupid plastic thing where you have to destroy it to get in, so my question is how could i take it back when i dont have original packaging?(it was from game if thats any help)
