You can open the dds files with Paint.Net...This is a freeware and easy to use..i use it often!

Tail light a little dark!

ps: if its not enough dark just say it and i'll put them a lil bit darker!

in your lfs folder it as a cfg.txt file go in it and find ''Car Shine'' if its at 0.00 thats why you dont have any shine if its the case you can increase the shine from 0.10 to 1.00!
