Was at the VisionAire 500 in 1999 at Charlotte Motor Speedway.
"In 1999, the race was moved from July to the first weekend in May, the last race before the Indianapolis 500. On the 61st lap, a crash led to a car losing a tire, which was then propelled into the stands by another car. Three spectators were killed and eight others were injured in the incident."
I wasn't too far from it but far enough.
"That incident, and a previous incident in July 1998 in a Champ Car race at Michigan which also killed three spectators, led to new rules requiring cars to have tethers attached to wheel hubs in an effort to prevent such incidents from happening again. New catch fencing was also invented, curved so debris could not sail as easily into the grandstands."
Make sure you shield your girlfriend so you look like a hero.
Has everything anyone would need. Big clear screen and very sturdy construction. I had the Blackberry 8820 since 2007.
I cringe everytime I think about this annoying Facebook/App generation we have now so I was never in a hurry to get a replacement. Especially when you are forced in to a data plan.
I hate Google and don't want to be another boring iPhone person so Windows was the way to go. They have turned things around quite a bit.
SkyDrive is ****ing pathetic. The integration with other computers and mobile devices is totally broken. But I will keep at it.
Used maybe 5MB of the data plan so far. ATT guy tried talking me in to anything but the lowest tier mistakenly thinking I didn't know anything.
I turned off data access as soon as I got it home and will only use WiFi at home and work.
