the only thing i can see is when the tire is low to sustain a suitable amount of grip, the side wall flex is too much, but if you put more air in the tire to stop the side wall flex there isn't enough friction between road and tire contact point, can't win!

i can understand the tire has a higher pressure when hot but there is no in-between to suit a half decent driving style. you either go slow to keep the heat down which loses races or go as fast as you can to try and win but you gain too much heat as there is no 'middle' between 'low pressure/grip' or 'higher pressure + tire life/less grip. where is the average/middle?

i agree with the sidewall flex, even at 30 psi my real cars tires don't distort that bad!

i also think at 80 degrees to drift on the rear tires they are really slippery, just a little too slippery. . .hot tire = sticky rubber!!

i dont get any warning of a kick or ban, i just had a message when being thrown out, OOS - COUNT in red, it may be lag, how would i check? anyone fancy making a server for me to join and see if i lag heavily?

Then i dont know what the issue is i may even fit another hard drive to the pc as i have a spare and put windows xp on and run it with just driving with the mouse and changing no other settings to see if it works, i'm seeing that as a bit extreme though!

the cpw had came up yesterday but the only time i've been kicked out today i got 'lost connection to host'

fresh install, no mods, just a change of setup and thats it.

hold on a minute, whats been going on recently with these cpw cheat protection updates?? i've not played for a while and have been using for some time the ps3 controller with the joy to key program and the ds3 tool so the ps3 controller can be run to use the keyboard settings if i assign the keys, would this have anything to do with it?

ok it's just happened again, no warning, nothing out of the ordinary just driving along and then i get in red, 'lost connection to host' try and rejoin with a message 'host refused connection'

i'm wondering if my isp is putting an i.p. ban on due to tethering?

it happened again and now this time when trying to display list of hosts it said 'username not found'

i'm not happy!

it's a mix up of some kind as i'm not the sort to create any issues, it happened again just now, i was driving along then all of a sudden i'm no longer in the server and cant get back in, i mind my own business and don't get involved in anyone else business.

it's rather annoying that i cant get back in as i can't carry on what i was doing.

i use my samsung galaxy tab to tether the internet

i kept getting knocked out of random servers for no reason just while driving along, i tried to reconnect but it said host refused connection.

i used a different server, after a day or so in the evening whilst driving along the same thing happens, i thought it may of been an issue with the tethering maybe some lag

a week later i get this email from lfstech

"Hello daveb948576,

It has come to our attention that you have been banned on LFS servers more than a few times lately.

We must warn you that if you keep being banned, we will issue you with a temporary ban of 30 days, from all LFS online activity.

the ff is pretty good really considering its ran through a computer you get quite a good feel for the bumps and knocks when you hit other objects like cars and walls.

the max degrees of rotation is 900 but you can have it set to anything on or below that, just put the number in the program yourself.

i've no idea about the shifter.

i've not had a problem with it within xp.

i also have one for sale which has the revision 2 pedals.

im selling my logitech dfp simply because i never use it. there is nothing wrong with it. its all complete but its clogging up my house.

i downloaded the catalyst and it has all installed correctly untill i try and run either dxdiag (3d test) or lfs.

i think its overheating but i cant seem to install fanspeed.

i looked on the psu and i have a max output of 350 watt.

i changed my graphics card back to my 128mb nvidia (agp) and now the computer is running fine.
