the windows were shining (reflecting?) the sky more, because it had obviously different envmap, but i dunno what you mean with "little cool details"...?

i use radeon9800pro with max AA/AF, i take the screenshots in max res (1600x1200 if i want the AA/AF to be working), edit and resize to 1280 + sharpen

@vendetta> the windows are jagged because of my wrong cropping with lasso tool. in original pic they werent jagged

in old version the gauges were a texture, but they didnt move. in new versions they are realtime rendered and thats why theres some problem with bg

you dont have to do the lessons. dont remove the ai, there are some ppl who uses them to take screenshots / make movies.

nah just kidding, anyways: since we can sucessfully expect the mirror being spherical, it will not only optically "squeeze" the landscape seen thru it, but obviously also any other effects from the camera lens - whether it be the DOF, or, for example, Lens Flares or highlights from the sun reflections.
Or in other words, mirror optics will effectively compensate the lens error, making the blurred parts more in focus again.

i suppose the car`s rearview mirror works the same way as the mirror we have in bathroom - the picture on the mirror is "3d" and not "2d"..the attachment explains it

when you start premiere, select New project, but dont choose from those presets, but choose "custom settings" and then in "editing mode" choose "Video for Windows", then you can create your own resolution (and dont forget to choose "Square pixel" aspect ratio)

to get black corners you can copy the video to another layer, decrease brightness and apply a mask on it OR another way is to create black corners in photoshop,save it as .psd and then import only the layer with dark corners

iirc theres no fov difference, only the woman sits more backwards

in garage, you can choose if driver is inside car or outside and depending on that, the weight of car changes...so if you check, they both weigh 70kg. but maybe what you dont know, and i also havent till few days ago, they sit differently in the car

if you want some comments, here i go:
you keep forgetting to blur the stuff you can see thru windows (or rollbars on MRT); on the LX pic - background is blurry, but scenery in rearview mirror isnt -it should be; the blur is too strong and you should use lens blur (photoshop cs1 or cs2).

rightclick on the video and theres "Speed/Duration", but its not very good to use, because it looks crap. you better slowdown the lfs during recording
