lfs tweak just doesnt apply the settings i want

i forgot to put that one on the list of things i tryed

this is what is already have done
unlocking s2 again
pitting and unpitting
redownloading patch v
redownloading the whole game
change the lanuage to english
redownloading lfs tweak
schuting down antivirus program etc.

whats left to try ?

ps: could an antivirus program block lfs tweak ?

lfs tweak doesnt open the .twk file :S and when i apply the settings i made nothing happens i have set the language on english .

Edit: i found a problem, i have put some bariers in a line in LYte the angle is -180 but when i open it in lfs the angel is 1.4.
i have this whit almost al the barriers that are in a straight line.

i used fraps for this clip and it is working fine so it isnt my hard disk
only problem i have now is that fraps only record 30 seconds and it isnt free

here is a short clip i made whit AutoScreenRecorder.
as you can see it doesnt record like it should do i got between 30 and 40 fps when i record this.

is it posible to convert he clip file from Wisdom-soft AutoScreenRecorder to divx format ?

the clips i recorded whit Wisdom-soft AutoScreenRecorder stutters treibly *

i want to record some thing whit gamecam but when i am going to make a profile and select the .exe file it crashes
