You can put Bronze license and few guys racing on server but than you can put more points after race

Why UF-BR is almost empty.There are always same players racing.About us 2-3 maximum 6.

I win few races and make few fastest laps but when i go on raceauthority.com it isnt show my new wins and fastest laps.
Please can anybody tell me what is that?
