the title says all, i dunno if LFS can improve your real world track driving skills (not city driving). I know it can make you focus on the track better but im just not sure if it is possible to make you faster on real tracks. Had anyone who drive on tracks and LFS felt LFS improved their driving skills?
as the title suggests, i want to know where i need to improve
this is IanH's scene with textures from LFS database, i started this last week and things have gone well, thanks to davo and jakg for giving me helpful tips
i will perfer to build my own blackwood track, will cost about 5 million in my backyeard but it will be worth it, and then i will invite everyone to race on it for real
back to the topic, real tracks will make LFS more.....hmm. say Aloneso or Kimi can do 1.27 on a real life track, and someone can do 1.25 in LFS (if the a real track is made accurately), then a fat arguement it will break out on who is the real WR
this was sort of inspired by by teammate willy, since he got his g25 when it came out, and then most of the LFS community changed their gear to g25, but i thought why not get something more? so after some looking around i decided to go with the shifter and pedals. The shifter feels very good, it even feels better than a real car in some ways. The pedals are very precise, especically the throttle, which can really improve laps times since you get a better feeling around corners when accelerating.
Overall, i enjoy LFS much more than before with these gears
