I can reproduce it but as you say it only disappear's when on the grass.

Do you have any modified .vob files (used to change shape of the car's) if so that is why you are getting kicked out as the new patch checks for them and kicks you with a joos : car error.

Is it with one host specifically or any host you try?

Sorry if this is pointing out the obvious but does this happen when you first start the game or when searching the host list or connecting to a server?

when a new patch is installed it reset's the "window while connecting" option (on the first screen after clicking multiplayer in the main screen) to yes, if so switch it back to no.

Enjoyed it also, racing was pretty close and clean, the odd incident but smoother than I expected for a tight south city track.

Shame about sueycides connection problems, was doing very well until timing out, hope you have better luck with the connection next round.

I have just tried to log in to it (first time never logged into it before) and also get the same database error as Squelch.

tried using xp with chrome

Error messgae : from within function "User::addToDatabase". Database returned error "1062: Duplicate entry '' for key 'user_name' (213.40.20.1)".

You can hardly call it a skin, as eclipsed posted it doesn't line up at all. Its just a bad copy/paste version of someone else's decent skin.

No release date has been given for S3, if you keep checking the forum and home page for news/updates.

Also have a look in the test patch section (Here) of the forum for all the the patches and updates

You should find plenty of life in S2 while you wait for it though

when S3 is released you will still need to buy s2.

If you have/buy S2 then when S3 is released you will simply pay just for S3 (which if it stays the same price as the others will an additional £12). If you wait for S3 you will still have to pay the same as you will be buying S1,2 and 3 all together.

the joos car problem is usually caused by vob mods, this only happens in the new test patches (as they now check for mods on you connecting) and also why you were not having this problem in the z28 server's.

If you have any any vob mods installed replace them with the original clean files and it should work
