my right analog stick dont work in lfs? it works in the xbcd setup but lfs dont seem to recognise it? well except for the rs down button

also how do you configure analog triggers?

nice one bud, tho the tweak thing for different patches seems to be be a bit hit and miss?
some say there is a tweak for patch, some say other? some say it works with demo! some say it dont work at all yadda yadda....

guess ill just have to get a licence and give each patch/tweak a try?

bassically i just wanna be able to mess with some more settings and stuff my friend has z25 installed on his pc. and we struggle to find a tweak that works for him?

we have managed to open the tweaks and they recognize the given cars, but once we change a value say cylinders, the car dosent sound any different and dont seem to act any different????

can anyone confirm that the cheat engine thing actually work??

oh i am avoiding buying a licence for a few days untill i buy a new setup as lfs dont actually work on my shitty system

well i can use the smoke mod no probs just load lfs load the smoke mod exe , or the other way round? dial in the new value and bingo! the problem is how do i open a tweak?

what is the exact procedure and in which order?
also so is the tweak for z25 does exist??

like once downloaded and put in the main lfs folder what to do from here?
tryed running lfs the going into the main lfs folder and clicking on the tweak witch looks like a setup exe file but cant open or run it come up with some eror? any ideas

hi the time has come to buy a lfs licence, but i was just wondering what version of lfs works best with tweaks, i dont really understand tweaks as yet as a demo user i cant use it anyway right? but i will be looking for the mod that lets you change a lot of engine settings like cylinder, hp, also i want to be able to edit turbo boost, is this even possible? if so what version of lfs will i need to be running and once i buy a licence will i be able to patch to this version or up and down accordingly

i want this pc purley for lfs well gaming to be honest but i dont want anything crazy like for £1000 just summat that will run lfs at reasonable fps, also im looking for suggestions on a gfx that will handle 3 screens possibly 4.

ok look at this, i have a gigabyte ga-8ld533 mainboard right, and this is probably going to be my stupidest question yet but this board dont look like it can house a gfx card? at least not one iv seen before all three slots r like the same length and shape,

like i said i aint the pc man, but i have two old gfx cards lying around somewhere from a pc i butchered a while ago both are different kinda slot types but not like this?

yeh i kinda know ma pc is old n crap but yes i thought it would be able to handle it a lil better than this, also my graphics card is intergrated like on the motherboard!

i know this aint a great setup but its frustrating as hell considering i was playing it just days ago before the re-install?

would z28 be any different i wonder? maybe worse i dunno? oh and i always try to keep things minimal when running lfs most of the time i dissconect from the web entirely. defrag yesterday along with a disk cleanup but to no avail?

might just re-install again see what happens, what sort of systems r you lot running and how many fps r u getting??

hi im new here and i have a problem with lfs z25.
right so i installed lfs only to find i cant really play it,
i mean fps is so low it near nigh impossible to play,

i know this is because i have a shitty pc but there was a stage where i turn the graphics down to the lowest setting possible ie no mirrors no lap times no dials everything set to the lowest also in the misc tab in setting i moved the sound lag slider all the way to the top i think its 20 or summat?

anyway this cut out all the crackling sound i heard before and made it possible to get a few laps in providing i used the outside view with the two front tires,
crap i know but this was as good as it got for me!

now i installed some cars and stuff and messed up the data folder like a idiot i forgot to back up the old files, so i decided to re-install lfs and get it back to normal only to find now that the lag and sound is even worse even with all the setting minimal like before? most of the time lfs is running at around 8 fps?

my pc spec is 2.8ghz p4 with 1.5ghz ram its not great i know but is this really as good as lfs can be on a system like this??

if anyone has any suggestions as to how i might be able to increase lfs performance even just a few fps will be a great help?

also i read somewhere that by downloading something for lfs you can get a increase in fps but i wounder how much truth is in it??
