I was talking about LFS specifically, at this point in time.

It doesn't affect anything in LFS, but it's just there. AFAIK LFS doesn't simulate excessive water and oil temps/pressures

i dunno, thats just how i see it after the last race, it was so difficult to concentrate on your race because i was constantly watching my mirrors defending because id loose 10-15 car lengths down the straight.

they can't have just one driver wipe the floor with the field.

Oil pressure IS linked to the tacho. Floor the gas pedal and pressure goes up and vice versa...
