Yes the faster Cars have a pit speed Limiter, you can turn it off by pressing L.

Around 92FPS if i am alone on track and around 35-40FPS at the race start. (1280x1024 6x AA 16x AF)

What is the advantage (or disadvantage) of limiting the fps? Currently i have capped them to 100.

If it is a CRT it possibly is magnetic interference. Do you have Speakers near the Monitor?

Work perfectly fine here. I recorded a Telemetry from AU this Morning. All you need is a layout with a start/finish line.

This is a really stupid question and i am probably doing something wrong but how can i roll the camera? When i am in Shift+U mode i can see the Roll slider but i cant move it.?
Edit: If i use CTRL + <- or -> it works but only up to +/- 1°.
