There's an anaglyph-option in the Nvidia stereo3D drivers, so it should work without any problems

I've tried shutter-glasses by eDimensional (which were really cheap, about 20 Euros) some time ago. If you own a Nvidia card, you can get the drivers here www.nvidia.com/object/3d_stereo.html (or take a look at the mtbs-forums www.mtbs3d.com ) .
As far as I know Ati cards don't support shutter glasses or any stereoscopic output so far. The 3d-effect in LFS is really great, but I couldn't race for more than 20 minutes because of massive headache-issues.
