I think this is Thrustmaster T500 RS thread and it would be nice to write bad and good things about T500 RS,put some new pictures and not comparable with other wheels (there is a second thread for that).

Only bad thing is fan but I replace with new one and put another one in case that cool the PBC board
To another do not have any criticis.

I bent the piece of tin (sheet metal) in the letter L and make 2 holes,one for fan and one for case.

Dust is not a problem but when I don't drive I cover my with some textile

I think couple of holes in the front grill (2x10mm) to allow for air intake is not enough.
See picture below and if you want drill hole in the middle of front grill

I have used this configuration because the "big" fan (Club) push "cold" air in case over PBC and both small fan with heatsink push air through the holes in the engine.
After few hours drive top of case is still cold

EDIT:
3v is enough because air is passing through the case better then without fan

As I said in first post : http://www.log-on.be/EN/index.php/pr...-supply-1000ma I use same on 3v and push all 3 fan and vibration are negligible .

Now I have T 500RS and I do not have such problems but the fan could be less noisy
But if you use headphones then is OK :static:

In 5 years I change two G25.First die about three years ago (both motors die) second still working but I sell it about 4 month ago and buy T 500RS.For now only hot recommendation
