Kurz nach diesem Kontakt, der Beiden ein nahezu problemloses Weiterfahren ermöglicht hätte, kachelt mir jedoch 28-HoR Joker mit Vollgas ins Heck. Wie man dem Replay entnehmen kann, unternimmt 28-HoR Joker nichtmal im Ansatz etwas, um den Unfall zu vermeiden, sondern bleibt voll auf dem Gas stehen.
Dies hat nicht nur zur Folge, dass ich dazu genutzt werde, 11-HoR Mensa zu drehen (was im Übrigen später noch einmal interessant wird), sondern ich verliere durch den weiteren Kontakt auch noch zusätzlich an Schwung, wodurch 73 - Blacky, 66- -[BC]- Nima und nicht zuletzt 28-HoR Joker auf der Geraden an mit vorbeiziehen konnten.

In der Anfahrt zur letzten Kurve kann ich zunächst die kämpfenden 28-HoR Joker und 73 - Blacky ausbeschleunigen. Dieser bleibt nach dem Kontakt wieder einmal voll auf dem Gas stehen und lenkt sogar direkt nach links ein, was für mich ein deutliches Indiz dafür ist, dass er in dieser Situation versucht hat, mich zu drehen. 28-HoR Joker geht erst dann vom Gas, als er feststellt, dass ich das Auto am abfangen bin und er selbst mehr Zeit verlieren würde, wenn er mich weiterhin bearbeitet.

Einzeln betrachtet halte ich diese Situation zwar nicht für protestwürdig, jedoch bin ich der Meinung, dass diese Sitation ein weiteres Mal aufzeigt, dass 28-HoR Joker in diesem Rennen etwas übermotiviert agiert hat. 28-HoR Joker kommt beim Anbremsen auf die Kurve bei Split 1 von sehr weit hinten und überrascht mich daher mit einem Angriff. Daraufhin lasse ich die Innenseite offen, aber möchte natürlich selbst noch möglichst ohne Zeitverlust durch die Kurve kommen. 28-HoR Joker seinerseits verpasst offensichtlich die Innenlinie ein wenig, wodurch es zum Kontakt kommt. Offensichtlich war 28-HoR Joker sich hier nicht zu Schade, aus der Kollision Profit zu schlagen.

kurze und sachliche Schilderung: Ich habe mich gerade an 38 - GRT Climbs vorbeigekämpft und sah im Rückspiegel, dass ich in Kurve 1 nichts zu befürchten habe, da der Abstand deutlich zu gross war. Zugleich bemerkte ich, dass der Beschuldigte und 11 - HoR Mensa schon daneben sind, doch der Abstand war nach Augenmaß deutlich zu gross um mich zu attackieren. So bin ich meine normale Linie gefahren und spürte nur einen Schlag von der Seite, da der Beschuldigte deutlich zu spät bremst und mich einfach abräumt. Er hat dies billigend in Kauf genommen, denn er hätte auch ohne grosse Probleme die Lenkung aufmachen und mir ausweichen können.

The penultimate race of the CityLiga 17 goes back to her roots with slight variations. The FOX will be driven on South City Town Course.
The third largest Openwheeler is a thoroughly good-natured car, which allows close fights, if you don't exaggerate. This makes it ideal for the tight street courses and promises a lot of racing action on the basis that all drivers act with overwiev and respect their competitor.
The qualification is held in two stages à 7 minutes: in the first stage, all drivers can drive their laps freely, while in the second one only the previously top ten are on track and the others spectate. Manual jumping into the pits (Menu, Shift+S/P) is permitted during and after qualification.
After a short break, as usual, follows the Laglap and subsequently the race over 56 laps. there are no further requirements (eg mandatory pitstop(s)).
Yet of course crossing the yellow line when leaving the pitlane is not allowed and no one on the track has to be handicaped, i.e. in doubt you have to let pass the driver on track. While entering the pits, the lines doesn't matter, but of course you don't have to endanger anyone (eg by suddenly crossing into the pits).

Depending on the final number of drivers on racingday (withdrawals, incomplete minimum-laps) a remerging of Grid 2+3 is possible. They would start on one single server, but the evaluation would be made separately. Corresponding infos will be given shortly after 18:00h (UTC) here in the forum and/or then in the driversbriefing (CL-TS).

After this race the next and final cycle of relegations will be done. Depending on the remaining number of participants this may lead to changes in sizes of the Grids.

Der drittgrößte Openwheeler ist ein durchaus gutmütiger Wagen, der enge Zweikämpfe erlaubt, sofern man es nicht übertreibt. Das manuelle Springen an die Box (Menü, Shift+S/P) ist während und nach der Qualifikation gestattet.
Nach einer kurzen Pause folgt wie gewöhnlich die Laglap und daran anschließend das Rennen über 56 Runden. Weitere Vorgaben (wie z.B Pflichtboxenstop(s)) gibt es nicht.
Dennoch darf natürlich die gelbe Linie beim Verlassen der Boxengasse nicht überfahren und auch niemand behindert werden, d.h. im Zweifelsfall ist dem Fahrer auf der Strecke Vorrang zu gewähren. Bei der Einfahrt in die Box spielen die Linien keine Rolle, aber natürlich darf auch hier niemand (durch z.B. plötzliches Rüberziehen) gefährdet werden.

Je nach endgültiger Fahrerzahl am Rennabend (Abmeldungen, nicht vollständige Mindestrunden) ist ein erneutes Zusammenlegen von Grid 2+3 durchaus möglich. Der Start würde dann auf einem Server erfolgen, die Auswertung aber getrennt. Infos darüber gibt es spätestens kurz nach 20:00Uhr hier im Forum sowie anschließend im Fahrerbriefing (CL-TS).

Nach diesem Rennen steht der nächste und letzte Aus-/Abstiegszyklus an. Je nach verbliebener Teilnehmerzahl kann es dabei zu Änderungen der Gridgrößen kommen.

Another hint: The CL-staff is asking you for your opinion about the CL16 (link). But if you aren't comfotable with the CL-board, please feel free to write your 'debriefing' within this thread. You may also name combos, which you would like to drive in the future (as long as they're compatible to leagueracing) ;-)

Please note: this is the first race after the daylight-saving-time in Germany has come back the weekend just before and we go from [UTC+2] to [UTC+1], what means that the qualification will start at 19.30h UTC!

CORRECTION: as the starting grid for the hardcoresprintquali will be done by the trackertimes, they (and minimum amount of laps) have to be driven on your gridserver!!!

After the end of the GridQualification, some laps driven more than the allowed 10 per each driver/server have been deleted and the CL16 will start with 3 Grids à 29 drivers:

The drivers at the waiting list should not give up hope, please! There will certainly be suspensions from the single races, so that there would be opportunity to take part in the third grid, provided that all requirements are fullfilled.
