Me and my friend have got the same internet connection yet I have a better graphics card. When using offline play my FPS is alot more than my friends. Its often about 100. Yet when I try to go online It goes down to about 16. My friend has got the same internet connection but his FPS is alot higher than mine. why is this? thanks

I've got a logitech force feedback wheel but it doesnt centre properly. When the wheel on the screen is straight my wheel is turned slightly left. Is there anything I can do about this? thanks
