Umm does anyone have any idea how to add ramps to the blackwood track in single player?And it is imbossible in demo?Guides plz?

Lookin for stoppie setup...For XRT or what small car was that in Demo...I made myself 1 stoppie setup and i wanted to make it better then i messed it up

So i was playing LFS and my FPS was 30 and i tryed to make it better so i went to Options then i selected screen number or what ever to 80 Khz and now i have that kind of message from my monitor : Not supported ...And i got black screen only...Do i have to reinstall game?
Hehe ok il try to change my computer with my sister one...His comp has 256 RAM and ATI Radeon 9200 and 1.8 GHz processor
Well i have even worse FPS!!Usually i got 30 its like normal...While twin its 20 and when near to other cars 3 or more then fps is 5-10.

Hard disk : 40 GB of 20 Usage
I know its little stone age computer but...Do i have any chance to get lfs running of FPS around 40-50 while near to 5 cars.Im not enought good to buy S2 license and race with around 20 ppl.

Most of time its still green and bretty close to red...
Lag problem
So when i drive alone in LFS then i can drive without lag but...If i play in servers then when im near to 3 or more cars then there is horrible lagg and it makes me drive out of road.If i drive near to 1,2 car then there is nothing.
So what causes it?Internet connection?Computer RAM?
