where do i put the .dat files

I have downloaded red brake callipers but they only work for some of the cars, cars lyk the fox still have the golden coloured ones, can i change these?

Is there any download to get all of the stands in lfs full with spectators, because when racing around it seems empty, unlike a real race circuit, cheers
