I think your PSU is causing this problem.

What's the PSU brand? If it's not some no-name, then it will work ok.

Videocards ar sortet by slots. There are AGP, PCI, PCI-e and maybe some more. That motherboard is okay for pci-e videocards, no matter what memory type it have

Maybe you have some viruses or some background programs running

There was some fps drop, and that was not looking good. Those onboard cameras looked wierd and they were shown too many. But it was ok

If your wheel suport seperate axes, then look in control options. I don't remember much, but there was something said about seperate an combined axes.
