Cmon' stop teasing us!

Before I forked the $40 over, I raced in demo servers with the XRT. We had a blast, and it was for sure real racing.

Well, i'm installing the framework now. It appears as if the new install has deleted ALL of my old setups. in the setups folder, all i see are the race_s setups for each of the vehicles... what happened?

I wish this worked with LFS relax... :[

Is awesome.
But I absoluteley hate the new engine sounds.
I love the gear whine, and all of that, but the engine itself.
The only sound I like is the Fox- It's perfect.
The BMW F1 is almost a joke.
I think the sounds sound.. well- synthesized. As best as i can describe it. :\

other than that great work man...
Maybe someone will develop the old sounds, with the new effects.

Okay- so I go o fire up LFS for the first time today. What happenes? I get an error at the top of my screen (Capture attatched). I get that error, and I get no sound at all. What happened? I'm going to try my backed up sounds. Hope it works.

Yeah, I interpret it the same way. Its just that if there are no objects hit, just maybe a car rolling over will trigger it?

So i searched it and found no results. I get this error alot, mostly with my BW rallycross track, with ramps. I have about 400 objects including barriers and tires, and ramps. Why do I get the error? What can I do to fix it?

THAT is how I want LFS to sound. Like a real friggin car!

I'd like to see backfires- where appropriate(sp?). GT4 implemented them, but they are in every car, and occour in every shift. It's horrible.

I'd want some of the higher powered- racing cars to backfire- on downshifts. With the flameout. Cars don't tend to backfire on upshifts.

Okay, it's my first layout. It's not perfect, but it's pretty cool. I had to take away some of the nicer things I did, because of the 512 object limit. Next time I'll make it smaller. I made this track because I am a ROC fan myseof.

So you cannot loose your account PBs or details from LFS. They are stored on LFS World. What you have lost sounds like your driver/config from in-game.

I think maybe the file was corrupt? But each server with the lap records displays the best laps on that drivername.

I want my old driver name. It's in the colors I want, and it's KrisIsAwesome

It still displays in the driver selectiopn, but it can't be read. So now i have to use an "L" in the "Is" instead of actually spelling it right. Is there a way to remove the old drivername? It wont let me in the game.

Ahhh I know about the forums thing. Its just that the servers hold your PB with your selected username. Like if you had a bob 1 and a bob 2 username under one account, both would have their seperate times on tracks.

Well, I played LFS the other day, and closed down as normal. When I come in today, it makes me start a whole new driver. When I click on my name, it says it can't read it. What happened?

Ohh man, I've been playing generally for YEARS. I wish we had an editor just as simple. I also wish GR had an online feature.

Well, I installed pit spotter and everything else from the website it is on. it worked in "T" but not "U". I use LFS launch. With, or without LFS launch, it does not work. Any suggestions? Remove patch "U"?

Hey guys, I just installed all the stuff from http://www.kegetys.net/lfs/ , and im getting a red flashing. The whole screen flashes red! I'm using LFS launch to start it all-

Anyone know what it is?

heh- I got bored, and made two amazingly simple skins. I think you'll like them!!! They look better than you'd think.

I'll get car screenies sometime soon.

They don't look like skins, but try them out. I'm working on the fire one.
