Check the smoothing groups in that area, it could be that, that's causing the problem.

The pickup was made by one of the Design Dudes members I think.

It doesn't get used that often, I might uninstall it. But I'm too lazy.

I do like what you did with my garages, did you keep the cars from the scene?

I recognise the wheels that Wayne (Beefyman) sent to me for the FXO.

After using them a couple of times I've gotten used to it, so it's not a big problem really.
