1st a cold and 2nd a lot of family stuff to do. and atm i´ve no

afaik if the track is changing, the servers gets in private mode.
after the track-change it gets back to public-mode.

maybe.... the last drivers was leaving the server while track-change or something similar....

i think its some kind of a bug and it will be solved

for sure, the drivers want to drive the new car and they
have a lot of fun with the ufbr

and now we have 6 ctra-servers online. 2 ss-servers (3rd is
coming) and 4 for closed cars (race 1-3 + ufbr).

maybe thats just too much to get them all well populated

why not start a poll to see what the drivers really want?

so far there´s only 1 person (tor ole) who wants to keep them
as short as they are.

it´d be interesting to see if i´m really so far away with my
30min wish.

i think on the higher servers, like race3 or ss2, with high-skilled
drivers around, most of them would like to see longer races,
even if this means they have to wait 20min to join.

midrace-join should be allowed as often as i want, not beeing
limited to one try. that way i can test some setups and join
the next race good prepared

no, sorry, i mean something complete different.

i mean the starting-order.

ususally the starting-grid is ordered by the position you have
in the in the ctra-system-grid, shown with $grid.

the bug was: i was on 2nd position in the $grid and was starting
from 5th position, what was my last finish position from the
race before.

this effected the whole grid, not just me.

its not happening every time. for me 3 times of about 20 races.

a bug that i noticed (sorry, haven´t read the whole thread, yet):

sometimes the system does not use the $grid, instead it uses
the last race-finish-order. i haven´t figured out when this
happens. first i thought when the race is restarted manuell, but
that was not true.
this happend 3 times a night to me...

well blackwood went from 3 to 5 laps... both a joke

but 5 laps are better then 3, for sure

btw: x-system went down on the uf-baby-r server...

edit: i was talking about the UFR server, sorry
