Wow, it still hasn't been released? This is just... stupid, well... I'll keep waiting then. I am patient as never, it will come out one day, I am sure.

By the time of wait I've done a lot, I moved to 3 countries (living now in UK). So the wait is not really killing me, but hell, 4 years for an update? Devs, remember: this is only a game. No matter how hard you'll try, you will never come close to reality in terms of physics. It doesn't matter that the game is supposed to be a simulation, it will be still only a piece of software, a game that gives people fun. Too bad that your aim and want to do most realistic physics ever turns community against you slowly. Well, hell with it, let's just keep waiting. Off for another year then... hoping to see S3 someday.

The test patch thread is for people to report any problems with the test patch. The problem with it being closed is that I can no longer be told if there are any problems.

There is no point in telling that to anyone, because users will start again to spam in those threads... I stopped posting on LFS forums long time ago, because of spam. For me (being in your point of view), you should ignore all posts, and just keep deleting them. Answering people is the wrong thing you do: if more you're responding to them- they want more info because they see that you're active on forums, and keep responding, and because you are the developer. I know something about that

About the patch: It's working better than expected. But I experienced a problem: game suddenly shut downs without any error. Maybe it's my OS releated? (Windows 7 HP 32BIT). Well, for me version 0.6A is a milestone in LFS history no matter what it contains, no matter what devs are doing. I am happy with the content that is actually in game . As i said in 2010: for me this patch with VWS, and Tire Physics can never go out. I am completely fine with developers decisions.

I totally agree. Demo racers are discriminated here, that simply makes Demo racers piss off, and make them less interest to buy LFS. I am playing on demo sometimes, it is bad to be demo racer? Btw. For me, this patch can never go out. I don't care. It will be good to upgrade S2 to S3, or just upgrade lfs, but for now i don't care.

SO all the best LFS Devs, I hope one day maybe in 5 or 10 years the next patch will be out, and I will just laugh at probably the worst game development ever in the history of games besides Duke Nukem, your no2. and really its pathetic, and you should be ashamed of yourselves for even still asking for money to buy S2

I am waiting since 2008, i am not often on forums, but i am the one most active players on [CAD] Destruction Derby. LFS is still fun for me, I am not tired of waiting, but I must put this comment, because I never seen worse trash than you... You are pathetic.

After reading these Scaven posts i am not worried. I never complained why LFS has slow progress, but i dont care. LFS is good now, and everybody who started moaning, are just bored of lfs and wants something new. For example, i got 2 years break from LFS, now, 3 months ago, I am the most active member of our team.

Everything else is cool, i'm lfs everyday, and i will never leave lfs because of "slow" progress. That's because i love lfs.

Can i ask for something Scaven?
Well, as you maybe know, there is a problem with Red/White barriers, and bouncing cars. Why this is happening?

Also i cant wait to try the new AI system with my team mates.

Is it normal to play "life" on RACING track? O_o Is it normal to use RACING SIMULATOR, to play real life? Is it normal to use Racing Cars to cruise? Is it normal to cruise without city lights, and other things/ repleace them by some red and white walls, and things used ON RACING TRACKS ONLY? NO! This is main reasons.. But the main is- Why use OFFICIAL RACING SIMULATOR TO CRUISE..? LFS Physics are sometimes horrible (bouncing from objects, like White, and Red Walls), sometimes awesome (Car Physics). I love LFS because it's "Realistic" game wthout crashing, because you can met some good players, and because of some things that are in LFS and not in other RACING games...

Yes. It's possible to use wheel on GTA IV for example, or pad.

Input Emulator then GTA games will support wheel. There are some of games to cruise that you are driving ONLY a car, you can't get out, and you are in free mode.

Honestly, what are you talking about?! GTA IV Has bad physics? GTA IV has perfect physics for cruising!
If you don't know, don't tell! There are some of games that already has 100 times better physics than LFS, and they are designed to cruise. GTA III, Vice City, San Andreas, IV, and other games. People, please stop talking wrong things if you don't know what to say.

In my opinion, all cruise server must be closed. Period! This is racing game, not life simulator.

Can i ask- what is Cruise? This is something like RolePlay (city, etc?).

If yes, come on.... LFS is not GTA, LFS is Racing game, not RolePlay Game. Please understand me, because i really don't getting it, what LFS has to role play? O_o

Eh, i got time to wait, but my money will not wait forever to buy S3. Of course, thanks Scawen for news (i readed some pages). I will wait. Now i will go to enjoy life and school . And other games. I hope that you will release patch in the middle of 2010!

Of course i know that programming is hard. I am game modder, (Painkiller Resurrection) it's not that hard as LFS but it take me long time to learn LUA scripts in PainEditor. I Understand also how hard this work is! Keep it up! Good work! I will wait!

hi!

I'm trying to steer with mouse but it is so difficult. I need best setting for keyboard and for car. Please give me a tips how to be a good driver on keyboard. Sometimes i'm trying to make drift but i got rolled, maybe too soft shocks? I dont know... I need some tips how to beat corners, better (sometimes my car rolling when i try to beat corners with higher speed like 130Km/h...)

Anyway- anybody using keyboard?
