I think its a very bad idea seen from an international community perspective. If you want to talk to team members there already is Teamspeak (or Skype).

I ment it to be admin command like /kick /spec and others, maybe with availability to vote for muting, not like muting individually. Some people are worth playing just have a very bad language and no respect to others.

Maybe you delete player info from mod, when he disconnects?
If yes, you should save LastLotto (if you don't save it) info somewhere (e.g. in the same place where is player name, etc) and set the LastLotto when he connects.

I noticed few mistakes in Lithuanian translation during the install:

After choosing language
'Šis instaliacijos vedlys padės jums instaliuoti of Live For Speed' <- there shouldn't be 'of'.
'Spauskite Next jei norite tęsti' <- I think 'Next' should be translated to 'Toliau'.

After pressing Next
- Live for Speed yra pastoviai tobulinamas. Funkcijos gali būti pridedamos, keičiamos ar pašalinamos bet kada. Kai kurios veikiančios, bet neužbaigtos funkcijos gali būti įtrauktos norint prapėlsti simuliatoriaus įvairovę ir turinį.
<- should be 'praplėsti'.

After pressing 'I agree'
'Pasirinkite katalogą į kūri įdiegsite Live For Speed.' <- should be 'kurį'.

first dowloud that pacht from site, then extrack it were u wanna, then configure setup.cfg ant run LFS.exe ( that patch wher u downlouded) if it says server ofline , u need to go to firewall and set that port were u seted to be unlocked , that's all how i can tell to u
