Xp and custom directory

no message whatsoever

I'm clueless about this situation

I tried making a SPR but the only thing it did was: "replay is not being recorded" when pressing 1 or 2 (key). I switched the setting to: recorded automaticly, didn't worked (even pressing 2 and 1 on the keyboard only bought the message: replay is not recorded (or something along those lines)

manually didn,t worked either. I can do hotlaps and save the replay, I can save online replay, but no SPR of au1!

why is that?

I don't know why, but I installed ENBSERIES, but it crash LFS in fullscreen mode

actually in window mode, it work great, enb series is there, no problem, uber happy. But when I switch to full screen, it take a whooping 5 min to get to the main menu and there is no enb-series at all, with LFS being non-responsive to anything exept MAJ+F4

hi everyone, I'm trying to make a setup for [CAD] DEsctruction race (its pretty fun with 15 people of more). But the thing is with all the jump and bumps and everything it get really hard to complete 2 laps without having any of the four suspension busted (red bar or just plainly uncontrollable).

I tried giving the car (rb4) full ride height, it helped but not soo much.
someone told me not to put the stiffness to the max, this kind of help, because when the car hit the jump (in their bl1 layout (which is full of lawlz by the way) ) It land flat on the four wheel at the same time, reducing the suspension damage, even though it is still damaging it. I don't know if low tire pressure is going to help (do tire absorb part of the energi in lfs?).

also handling is not important in this case, I just want my rb4 to stay driveable for 2 laps.

you shouldn't have any problem at all

I run lfs on max with full AA and AF with a 7800gs, @ 75fps@ 1680x1050 you should be running it at 150fps at least

so G25 are full of fail?

I only hear about: slack, doesn't pick up movement and become uncentered, strange noise, overheating of the FF motor, shifter broken

seriously, why would I buy a 300$ wheel if it is going to be broken a year later?

I've been there today and it is great, yeah on 30 racers there are around 15 who doesn't make it through the first corner but you can easily avoid them and continue its pretty decent

I can't even get thru the first corner lol, I can't turn on these things

Maybe i can give you (and all others) a usefull tip (but many may already know), try to use as less music, that you don't own the rights too or are known to give trouble, as possible in your video's when putting a video on Youtube.. I already had to take off / edit about 5 video's because of it..

I dare to make an uneducated suggestion: Flying over the track looks better if it's not too high, in fact you can make it look very wide and impressive with the right height and low FOV and still allow the viewer to see pretty much the whole track including the walls and buildings.

I myself can't be bothered to actually make a video myself after watching Squid's, unokeva's, Lynce's, Hades's, and some more I can't name off the top of my head. So you shall have my respect for trying

something I made not so long ago:

AS you all probably knows, LFS is a great subject to the camera, and I use it mainly to practice my video making skillz

I was pretty exited about my video 5 day ago when I made it, now that I look back at it I know what to improve next

Now my auto-critism:
-Camera flying over the track was too long
-In the few first shot of the fz5 there is missing black fading between two scene
-camera go through the car twice in the video, I need to improve on that
-the music/video sync is kind of good but could have been better IMO
-It is in 4:3 (my crt just died yesterday anyway, now im in 16:10, next video will be in 16:10)
-I recorded most of the shots in 0.125x, then in vegas7 I wanted to speed them up by 800% but I could only go up to 300% (it kind of worked great anyway)

Constructive critisms are welcome

Hi everyone

I downloaded and installed a pack somewhil ago (hi-res texture and menu conversion) however it came with a shiny reflexion mod, IT LOOK LIKE SHIT. car are almost like mirors and I want to make it go away, the thing is I don't want to reinstall LFS

what is the file or txt file to remove/replace/modify to have the default non-shiny reflexion on car
