IMO

People would prefer for the servers to have no downtime, rather than a free month.

This is the reason they stuck with Franky, when the cheaper server suppliers appeared, and then vanished agian,

Like the previous poster said, maybe Franky should show him the ropes, help him out a bit, whilst he his doing 16hr days.

Until you have ran your own hosting company, you don`t realise how time consuming it can be,

I have cable coming into my house, then that goes to the router, which is in the front room,
i then have my pc in back room, with a wireless card which i use to connect,

If your mum already connects using wi-fi, who`s network is she contacting to ? maybe a neighbours ?
