A traffic light on the pitlane entry and exit would be a welcome addition indeed. I'd like to see a red light on the first and last laps to demonstrate the pitlane is closed, and of course a blue light at the end of the pitlane when exiting the pits.
It would improve safety and in some cases, reduce the volume of UI we see on the screen.

I would actually pay hard cash to be able to rewind the replays! I have to sit there for hours on end watching replays over and over to ensure that I don't miss an incident.

Okay i've been playing about and i've got the speed to work, along with transmission and brakes.

I decided to floor it after putting torque to 1999. I then smashed into a rock and it went dead horizontal. Then froze and claimed I'd completed the mission with -50000 in driving offences.

When you've changed a file within "base.scs", make sure you store it and not compress it.

That'll probably explain why you're finding it's crashing

Yep, the special "patch" is a good'un!

I decided to whip my DFP out, plug it in and have a go with 900degree turning....

Wow what fun! It needs some major improvements and tweaks, but it has a quirkiness about it that I find quite enjoyable. It's very relaxed and you can just drive and enjoy it without thinking too hard. I've been getting scores in the 3000-5000 range (depending on the mission length etc)

In tier 5 there's a mountain level where you can hit 65 on one section, and perform some crazy/dangerous drifting (I'm not a drift fan.... unless it's a bus)

The childhood dream of driving a bus is coming to life...

Edit: Oh and sifting through traffic at 50mph is a riot!

Well, if things started slowly going blurred after 20metres (the legal limit in the UK)
That would add some realism surely?

(By that I mean, reading the numberplate infront which is 20m away and have everything shorter than that 100% in focus)
