Not the best race for it to happen, but Alonso's drinks bottle failed and he suffered quite bad dehydration, to the point that he passed out a little following a post race interview. And on top of that he suffered a burnt lower back. Poor guy looks like zombie, kudos to him for finishing in the points

I don't particularly care, as long as there's only one thread. I never even read the first post, just the following discussion

Does it still do it when you're not connected the your network/internet?

Try disabling IPV6, pretty much nothing uses it yet and in my experience it just causes an assload of compatibilty problems, yet MS have had it enabling as default since XP service packs (go to your network connection properties, uncheck the IPV6 box, then disable IP helper service)

McLaren didn't 'ask' for the place back.

They specifically and knowingly lied to the stewards in order to try to get it.

Yes, that's cheating.

Car weights are out.. Brawn are apparently running reasonable amounts of fuel

"For the 2009 season, the FIA are making public the weights of all cars ahead of the race start to help give an idea of relative fuel load. The cars that made Q3 are weighed after qualifying, while the weights of the remaining cars must be declared by their teams shortly after the session. The details from Melbourne show that Brawn GP were not running light, despite their impressive pace."

More goodies on the BBC red button and website, they're showing full replays of both practice sessions (with 5live commentary) plus a little preview feature with DC talking about the rule changes and Webber visiting the bush fire victims

Quite impressed with the coverage so far

Do you have an active network connection (wireless or otherwise)? If so try booting it up with the network connection disabled, any cables unplugged (and/or your router turned off), I had a similar problem a couple of years ago, it turned out to be a ballsed up network

Wow, that new Red Bull is incredibly interesting, there's a lot of strange stuff on it.

I'm particularly interested by the rear suspension, which looks to me like a pull-rod system, I haven't seen anything like it on rear suspension since the late 80's.. in fact it kinda looks like the rear suspension isn't fully independant. Also looks like they're using huge rear wing endplates as an extension to the diffuser.. front wing is also very intricate, and the sculpting on the nose is interesting.

The most radical '09 car by far, everyone else looks conservative by comparison.. I can't wait to see how it performs
