Quote from Scawen :Blue and yellow flags removed from cruise mode

It would be even better to have them on, but work properly.
When driving the correct way the flags work, but when driving the other way around the track, blue and yellow are somewhat (not quite) switched. If it would reckognise that there's a car ahead no matter what direction you're driving; that would be great.

Nice updates Scawen, good improvements

Still waiting for orange text colour though
AI Problem

I know the AI isn't superb, but I hadn't seen this before.
Three AI cars crash into each other, and even when the first is free, he doesn't continue driving.

Starts at about 3:15. Follow the first AI (don't know if replays save AI names, but if so: he's called Hans).

Keep it simple, indeed.

Quote from bunder9999 :they need to invent wheels with fake turn-keys.

They need to invent wheels with the indicator stick on the left!

I'm sorry to bring this one up again, but I quite agree with paulinho.
I am a 3D modeler and I make my own cars. I just don't have a game to put them in (Racer is rubbish, NFS is too). To be able to put my own creations in LFS would be great.
This is for personal use only, because as you all have said: LFS would become rFactor with loads and loads of rubbish models. Also, online racing would require everyone to download the particular model.

Perhaps there are plugins available? Ofcourse the design team wouldn't give them away so easily, but it would be great.

Just two examples:

I'm sorry for bringing up this old topic, but..

Quote from CSU1 :Why on earth would you need to edit deadzones in any way other than having them removed for you(Which LFS already does by smoothing the dead zone).

I use a joystick as my clutch pedal. Because the dead-zone is somehow set to 0%, LFS thinks I'm pressing the clutch pedal all the time, just a bit. Changing the center of the joystick in the options menu doesn't work either. LFS somehow thinks nothing has changed, and a 1 mm move in my joystick instantely causes an overheated clutch when driving a lap. By adding a deadzone of, lets say, 25%, the joystick needs to move at least 2 cm before LFS thinks the clutch pedal is engaged.
That could be a reason for adding a dead zone

Anyone noticed the MRT5 has no shocks at the front, and that the rear ones are floating (some other models have that too, but not this bad)?
