i reckon it should be on the amount of damage. Say if you hit a wall and your toe and camber is messed, it affects your tires, so you cant drive as fast and dont have full control of your car, so its causing a hazard to other drivers as you could loose control easily.

and before this person was saying about driving bf1 if he gets a steering wheel..

what team? and time, im unsure still, need to see how many people would be interested, and yes i'll sort that stuff. we'd all have to drive maturely and safely.

Would anyone be interested in having one? We all go to fujimi and park up, take pics and have a big convoy.
There would be car rules though, nothing above S class, and they gotta look good, jap, euro, rat, anything!, let me know if you're interested

there's 3 cars, then you can to unlock i think 4 more by completing driving lessons on career mode and getting achievements on the lessons
You can also do some offroading once you unlock the mountainous area, its pretty fun, especially in the rain :P

And you can add your own vehicles as i said

This is how i've assigned my buttons. If i rotate my dial anti-clockwise, i get the tyre information up, if i rotate it clockwise, i get the wheel damage.. etcetc, i have indicators assigned to the 'R2' and 'L2' buttons and many others.
