Well explained Scawen, hope this will keep the wolfs at bay for a while.
I was wondering, with everyone going on about how good the physics in iracing is (never tried it), have you tried it and if so, will lfs match or surpass its quality?
Going back to the original statement: No they don't.
Join us on Redline LXperience for example...its ace.
The tracks alternate including cars btw LX4 and LX6, no need for points or any nonsense.
What else could one want ?
You really are one unhappy little punter.
Chillax, its done when its done, he even offered to move you up the list.
We got 8 serves down and i really don't feel its the end of the world.
Where does he live?
He jumped at least 8...i know where you live though.
Luckily for you the emperor now lives in spain, otherwise you would have us both to deal with.
Only kidding, take your time and remember the plug will have melted by now.
There has been some exceptionaly clean racing going on, a pleasure to admin.
Just to let you know we have also made a MRT server that works on rotation btw about 7 different autocross combos including a replicated Schumacher outdoor kart track.
You'll find it on Redline Racing 6.
Something a bit different to tie you over untill the next patch.
Thanks for the positive feedback all, there has been some very clean and enjoyable racing going on recently.
We would also like to let you know that the points/licence system has now been removed, as we want you to experience both of these great cars without being restricted by scoring points.
So in its place, the server now runs a car rotation in conjunction with the track rotation.
This means that each track will alternate between the LX4 and LX6.
We have also added a few more tracks, take a look at the rotation list along with which car will be raced for each.
Redline Racing would like to announce the arrival of our new server the 'Redline LXperience'
Whats it all about?
The LXperience is a multiclass server using both the LX4 and LX6, with points needed to be scored to progress to the faster and more powerful LX6.
Which tracks can i race on?
At the moment we are running 7 different tracks (AS1, FE2, AS2, SO5, AS3, BL1, WE1)
Tracks will automatically rotate after 5 races, with a 5 minute qual after each track change.
How do i score points, and do i need licences?
Points can be scored a number of ways.... finishing in the top 8, achieving a pb, and fastest lap.
There are 2 licences 'LX - beginner' and 'LX - experienced', 200 points are needed for the experienced licence in order to drive the LX6.
Typing !rank will show you how many points you currently have, and how many you need to score.
But i hate scoring points, and unlocking cars!
Redline Racing also host 7 other servers, running various different combos in 'hardcore' mode.
Any other info i need to know?
Please take a few moments to read our server rules for clean racing, so we can all have fun: http://www.team-redline.co.uk/forum/index.php?topic=7.0
If you need a setup or any help, feel free to ask an admin.
We would appreciate any constructive feedback, want another track etc? please lets us know.
All the next update needs is a Thneed. This thing is a Thneed.
A Thneed's a Fine-Something-That-All-People-Need!
It's a shirt. It's a sock. It's a glove. It's a hat.
But it has OTHER uses. Yes, far beyond that.
You can use it for carpets. For pillows! For sheets!
Or curtains! Or covers for bicycle seats!" Sorted !
Yes, great lads and quality racing there, i just can't be botherd with the cars they run, however i do pop in now and then to say hello and talk a bit of shite.
You sounded so desperate i feelt sorry for you.
I would have set a server with a combo to your likeing, drummed up some quality peeps for you to race with and watched over you like your little angel.
Now i see you joined R2R there is no need.
Grats, you joined a quality team, have fun.
I could make solid casts, maybe with seperate wheels, of most models for a reasonable price (its what i do for a living) and possibly get them painted by someone else.
I could either start from scratch or from a good pattern(s) supplied.
If i was approached by someone with authority.....
Nowadays we have 8 severs and double the options.
We also have a system where we can lock some of the servers if the racing gets bad, so only people on our "VIP" list (over 600) can race.
Once the server is locked people can still spectate but only race if they are on the list.
Its easy to become a VIP and not a exclusive thing and not relying on a certain amount of points.
All you need to do is race on our servers and our admins will add you if they find your racing to be polite and considerate, like observing blue flags etc...
