scawen, i dont know if you can do this easily enough, but can you make it so the odometer displays a constant miles/km driven?

for example, i do 20 miles then change car, then go back to it, the mileage will be the same as when i pitted.

i seem to remember GT2 having 2 discs.. 1 for sim and 1 for arcade.

i noticed that in shift+u and you watch, if you then tilt, although it doesnt do it like before where the entire screen flickered, its just the car that your watching does it.

i set full AI on rallycross and followed one of the ones in the middle of the pack, and messed about with the view options through shift+U.

i also set all the LOD's to 1.00 or highest they will go.

maybe that is something to do with it.

edit:

after a bit of testing, it only happens when Vsync is off.. if you set it to on, you can set it to any FPS you like.. and it will be fine. i tried 60 up to 100 and it was ok on all.

changing the LODS made no difference.

small update on mine

So, i thought it was about time i got this up for people to see..

my car (totally standard) got 140bhp and with the following mods its made 167bhp

Ecotec 2.2
K&N Induction Kit <- £80
Ported Throttle Body <-£free
2.4 Inlet Manifold <- £170
Comp Cams Stage 1 <- £240
Tullet 4-1 Manifold <- £488
2.5" Piper Downpipe <- £287
2.5" Piper Backbox <- £550
RS Tuning Remap <- £299

Total = £2114 (works out at £79 per bhp)

as you can see you certainly loose alot of torque with the 2.4 manifold but! after driving a standard one directly next time mine, you dont really notice the loss even tho it is there and on paper it looks massive.

I am going to put the 2.2 manifold back on to see what i get then.

hi, im trying to find a weekly event that i can join which uses some of the normal cars, TBO or LX's for example.. maybe 20+ laps with pits etc..

is there such a thing?

i loved my punto GT, as long as you look after them they can be quite reliable

or could it be he isn't online?
