And would there be alot of improvement if i bought a ati 4850?

instead of people quoteing large images, turn that off and they would be quoting links to the picture, if you wanna see the picture you would click on the links?

what graphics card should i get, ive looked at reviews about a nvidia 9600gt
but they say the 4850 is better

Should i get a 1 or 2 gig ram extention

if your having what you call lag spikes do this

Ok so start, run then type in services.msc then scroll to bottom and find
wireless zero configuration, right click and hit stop. what this does, it stops looking for connections to join to every 60 secs, what cause the spiking, and if you come offline you'll need to re-enable that to reconnect.
