The Internet Service itself is good, fast and little maintenance outages, but i agree the customer service is diabolical
The last 3 or so months they've been trying to overcharge me on my bills, sending me out wireless routers and adapter cards i did not ask for and trying to charge me for them... they've sent me 1 router and 1 wireless card so far and tried to charge me £40 a time for each of them,

Hazaky, I've NEVER banned you. If i remember right you had some problems with Bum and got banned then got banned by Cas again,

Check your pc for keyloggers etc
Can i also suggest that you change the registered email on your LFS Account... The "hacker" may have gained access to your email account and sent a password reminder.
I suggest you use a ISP email example [email protected] instead of a hotmail/yahoo/aol etc. ISP Email accounts are usually harder to hack than a hotmail for example
That probably means your credit card issuer didnt authorize the transaction...
Which usually means you don't have enough funds to cover the transaction
or
Your billing address used doesn't match the card holder
or
Credit/Debit card has expired
I think you might incur a service charge for the currency conversion... I'm not sure though...
