I agree, it's not nice to be pessimistic but it will not work - in your planning, I can also see things that simply will not work. Team bosses who can fire drivers? No way, LFS is all about drivers.. 
Does it have to be the best? Perhaps you need to somehow make teams qualify instead of individual drivers The thing is, 'teams' in LFS is only drivers - in real life, teams are about a lot more than drivers. This does not exist in LFS.

Turbo/supercharging and a lot of new parts in the engine block for it to hold together
And as I said, this will be a completely custom job for this car.It's mostly true, even if you KNEW how to set this car up, you would be gaining mere seconds around a track. This amounts to basically nothing on the roads, but will make the car a lot less reliable, higher maintenance etc.

I will openly admit to cracking LFS before buying it - I just got fed up really fast with the offline stuff, and decided to buy it. I probably wouldn't have bought LFS without the crack, so some good comes of it too

Remember that although the VM uses physical RAM, what happens inside the VM does not get executed the same way as real code - it gets executed through the VM, and does not have access or knowledge of anything outside this.
