"allow_url_fopen", is eanbled, not like changing it

I have a problem, the script say this error:

I've given back access again now that you've got an S2 license. You can now upload hotlaps again.

If LFSW doesn't recognise it as a clean, valid hotlap then it won't upload.

I have s2 licence and In lfsworld, when I try to upload a replay, lfsworld show me that I cann´t upload replays.
