i'd recommend a minimum of 1024 x 1024, most skinners use 2048!
fill the aircon unit with expanding foam, it might not be much use afterwards but it'll stop making the noise and you wont have to rebuild your house!

yes, put it towards a touch screen panel for your sim
Its probably roasting inside the aircon unit, it blows cold air out but the units can get quite warm inside!

Your aircon unit will be ducted to the outside, if there is a gravity vent (opens when air is flowing from inside to outside and closes when not in use) on the outside then you'll probably find its just that flapping around in the wind! but yes i did answer your an idiot i couldn't help myself, it was like the big red button that says do not touch in the cartoons, i just had to do it!
