That hit home!
Things like this should be shown more frequently on every tv station, to keep the image in your head every time you step into your car! Like now, i've just read that and right this second i'm thinking *ill never speed again* but the truth is that tomorrow morning i wont be thinking about that and i'll be doing 80 down the motorway!
*on a lighter note i caught a kit car speeding through a speed trap the other day, the video's in my sig* (shameless plug i know)
I've done this time and time again. For about 3 years i would quit smoking every 9 months or so but only for about 6 weeks at a time. I managed to pack in the fags last October and havent looked back since.
I stopped craving for a fag because the time was right for me! I'd been smoking dodgy (£17 for 200 marlboro lights) duty free for about 6 months and by the time i'd ran out of cheap cigs the price of a pack of 20 B&H had shot well past £5. There was no way i was gonna pay that much to feel like shit every morning, almost being sick when i brushed my teeth because of flem! nice! Everything i used to do revolved around smoking, even at work i would think to myself *right i'll do this then i'll have a fag* or *ill have a fag and then get back to work*.
Quit when the time is right! If you want a fag have one if you dont want a fag dont have one!
EDIT: yes i did pile on the pounds when i quit! (about 1 stone)
