I found stuff called Woll Smoth. Its pretty funny. The eyes and mouth are shrunk. Supposedly because of the shrunken mouth, you say things differently so you end up putting "o"s where vowels usually belong. So here we go:
I might be nitpicking here but...
AT4s don't home on to anything. At all. And if you fired it at that angle, your ass is roast.
I'd rather wait and see how good it is before I buy it. No point wasting money on a game i won't like. If they release a PC beta, I'll be happy.
Thermal compound is pre-applied according to the instructions I found on Artic Cooling. You should bet set. Unless you want to use a better compound.
You might need something to remove the old thermal compound with though.
I like her looks and her bright and random attitude.
She's within reach location-wise and age-wise (about 17).
I wouldn't mind if she spoke like that now and then (it's a bit cutesy) but 2-4 min is brain-melting. I also bet that she doesn't talk that way very often.
In conclusion: I'd hit it only if she doesn't become boxxy too often.
1. Ask Gills4Life to do it using the LFS engine editor. I won't guarantee that it will sound like a real Starion because LFS has some limitations but Gills does a great job anyways. Or adjust it yourself.
2. Use Car Sound Remixer by Yamakawa here: http://www.lfsforum.net/showthread.php?t=12863. It has sounds for all sorts of things (start up, gear whine, clicker noise, wind/tire noise, turbo noise, etc), uses real recordings, and mixes them very well but the downside is no doppler effect or no volume adjustment according to distance. Best if used in cockpit mode.
After you have that installed, you want to record the ranges. Select an RPM to hold at specific ranges in the low (idle), mid (2-3k), mid-high (4-6k), and high (near redline) RPM ranges. You want to record each range twice: 1 with full throttle, and one with partial or no throttle. To get the best recording, you want to hold it as best you can on the desired RPM. Make sure you use a good camera with a good mic or some good sound recording gear because the last thing anyone wants is the sound of an awesome car that seemed like it came out of a telephone!
I cannot go through the full details today as I do not have Car Sound Remixer right now nor do I have the time to explain but best of luck to you.
What? The WRT54G (or pretty much any wireless router) should hold more than 1 wireless connection. And it shouldn't be a big deal anyways as long as your brother doesn't stream porn or torrent or anything like that, then he's hogging bandwith. If you signed up with a good ISP with a high bandwith plan, you should be fine, sort of. (The US sucks in providing internet service compared to countries in Europe, Korea, and Japan.)
Oh by the way, WRT54G/GS/GL routers are awesome. Tomato/DD-WRT firmware FTW.
And then God said, "Let there be lightmaps!" (probably not the right term though)
You aren't doing this whole thing by yourself are you? Cause if you are, I'll send you cake.
Awesome seats, stuffed with 100% awesome, made of the leather from awesome, stitched with awesome, and tailored by none other than Lynce (who is known as Awesome).
How much more awesome can you make Lynce?!
Just do Ctrl + Shift + P for "Porn Mode" (or private browsing).
I have it and I like it a lot, especially the Personas add-on they have for it. Easy themes for Firefox.
I've noticed the rendering is faster but my internets is too slow for me to see a big difference.
EDIT: Holy crap, after tweaking it it's quite noticeably faster!
I've been virus free without any sort of protection for a while. Common sense is mostly what you need but if you feel like exploring, you should use McAfee SiteAdvisor. It's not 100% accurate but if you click on the bubble to the right before entering the site, it takes you to a page with info about anything dangerous on that site. What matters most though is the user comments at the bottom of the page.
For example, letssingit.com is apparently safe according to McAfee. But if you click the bubble and look down, there are quite a few user reports that the site has pop-ups that lead to viruses and browser exploits. Just today my brother went to the site and was unfortunate enough to get a pop-up that murdered his computer. Now I have to fix it. We used that site for quite a while but we haven't had any problems until now. I guess we won't be searching lyrics any time soon.
As for actual protection, Comodo Firewall, Malwarebytes Anti-Malware/Ad-Aware/Spybot S&D, Avast Antivir/Avira Antivirus was a good combo for me a while back.
EDIT: No luck. He got Win32:Vitro. That thing's a polymorphic infective virus. In basic English, it changes itself to hide from anti-viruses and it constantly infects files in your computer, and lots of them. It even attacks the scanner. Guess there's nothing to do but to erase the whole drive with DBAN and start over.
Dude, this David Thorne Guy has his own website full of this stuff. I'm pissing myself laughing after reading each one!
