Heres one that has every thing built into the wheel but its out of Hong Kong, Taiwan, and China. They dont have the prices, but I guess you will have to contact them to get prices. It says the gas and brake is built into the wheel so you wont have any pedals to deal with.

Do you have a thumb drive? If you have one thats big enough that will keep LFS on it go somewhere that has inet and unlock it there and take it back to your house. I think you will have to keep it on the thumb drive to keep it unlocked, not sure if it will lock back up if your move it back onto your pc.
