No - problem is your browser - Firefox sucks.

Get Netcaptor/Maxethon/Slim Browser etc. IE render engine plus all the tabs popup stopping etc. Best of both worlds...

The MRT used to suffer engine damage/loss of power and this burbling/popping sound if you abused it in S1. Doesn't seem to be there at all in S2.

Is engine damage included at all?

Has anyone tweaked a setup sucesffully using this? I have been playing with the XFI @ Blackwood and have cured the lack of top speed, but the gearing is now in th wrong place, i.e. I'm having to upshift from 3rd to 4th on bends at 65mph rather than driving out of them in one gear.

As you can save settings & export - is there a repositry for sorted ones to save muppets like me re-inventing the wheel...?

Man with problem has a dual core. Threads covering dual cores readily available using search. I fail to see where single cores or overclocking come into the equation.

Make sure you have the relevant dual core patch and current Forceware drivers. Dual cores seem to be having a few teething issues ATM...

Without using a Parhelia card you cannot achieve a 3 screen display. I had a 3 screen setup - the problem is the 3rd screen is run by another graphics card - which is where it all goes wrong. Dual screen is dead easy but the split in the centre of the monitor sucks.

Until nVidia or ATI get their fingers out, forget it...

Shame that the righ click is not obvious at the time - slidiers are used elsewhere in LFS...

Personally I find clicking the button 20 or more time an irritant when Qualifying Laps are set to a high figure. What a slider or dial of some sort?

I hate being in qualifying and switching to race with not enough fuel on board. Not knowing how many laps doesn't help either. What about something flashing up on screen when you join server indication race length?

I would especially like to see some kind of pause between Qual & Race to adjust fuel.

They sucked in S1, they still suck in S2, hence no-one drives them...

Dual Cores obviously having teething problems. You have the hardware vendors pushing out specific patches. You have the OS boys pushing out specific patches. How long before there is an LFS dual core patch?

Reminds me of when I built my current machine using an AMD64, patch, patch, patch...

Hyper threading exists in single core CPUs like P4s and simply fools the machine into thinking there are two processors (threads).

A dual core CPU would therefore have 4 threads and the PC thinks you have a quad core or 4 processors...
