When I change my AA and AF settings, nothing happens really.. I have Radeon X550/600 series on Omega drivers. Or should I restart the game first? The screen goes black for a moment though, but nothing changes. That's patch Y19 btw, I'll test for Y20 tomorrow.

Quote from Bladerunner :er...hate to point out the bleedin obvious, but most cars I know run at 12v DC, not 220v AC....surprisingly you make no mention whatsoever of an inverter being used ...

Try looking in a car audio shop for a PROPER sub woofer with a decent amp...should be able to get a good system for under £200 provided your radio is up to it...(I use a 4*45W M o S System as a head unit)

Thread can be closed already, it was just a third fuse which had to be replaced. Everything works now. And I didn't mention it, but yes, there is an inverter used. Thanks anyways!

Quote from Jakg :She doesn't wear any red on her cheeks - I don't know why but they are permanently like that. I think that somewhere along her jaw being smashed to bits (don't ask) something odd happened to the blood flow around her cheeks.

I'm sorry. I once had a girlfriend, had something with her veins. Made her turn red very easily too.

Quote from spacedskunk :Looking better without makeup is indeed a complement I think what flippy was trying to say in a wierd way is she overdid the red on her cheeks.

Thank you

Quote from Jakg :Just to let you know that if she reads this thread (which is more than likely) she'll hunt you down, pull your kidneys out your eye sockets and then beat you to death with them.

I don't know why but make up is a huge self-confidence thing for girls - even if they don't need it, or if you can't even tell if it's on or not they just freak out if someone they like (or value the opinion of) see's them without their protective "shell".

And for the other post too:

I thought I put it rather nicely, I just think she'd look WAY better without the make-up. I think she looks nice, nothing bad about her, just the make-up isn't necessary, or a little less noticeable. I'm not trying to insult anyone, sorry if it sounded that way!

And yes, I know about girls and make-up... My soon to be girlfriend (I hope), always has make-up on, even if it's just for webcam she'd fix her make-up.. But it's quite subtle around her eyes only, so I can live with that. But when it starts with blush and lipstick.. Yuck!! :-)

Problem with car stereo

I have a bit of a problem in my real car. And I wondered if anyone here might be able to help me.
I got the brilliant idea to put an old subwoofer in my car, it's from a stereo, so it only needs 220V feed and being hooked up to the radio.
But I made a little error, and I short circuited it by accident. Now when I turn the ignition, I hear the sub going on, but my radio is dead.

Red wire: gets power when ignition is on, makes the sub work.
Yellow wire: should get power, it's the straight battery feed, but it isn't powered.
Blue one: remote, should also get power, but it doesn't.

Now, I know I should just swap the fuses, two of them broke. I swapped the two fuses with fuses already there (non important ones), and it makes the sub work (separate fuse), my interior lighting (which is the same one as the yellow and blue wire get their power from) works, but I'm not getting power at the radio..

What is this?

I'd go for a wireless mouse too really. Especially for a gaming rig, it'll always be more reliable. I got a 9 button optical mouse for 12 euro's (most regular ones with the good old ball are 7 euro's)... And it works perfectly.

In his post it says "before you hit the limiter"... So I wonder what your question is about, it's all clear here

Quote from Ca18Slider :Just gotta ask, even though it's off topic - but shouldn't you be shifting at the optimum point for peak horsepower for a good laptime? Within reason of course, not for every single corner.

What makes you think optimum point for peak horsepower is on your rev limiter? Well, it isn't.

You should be shifting before the limiter kicks in.

Is it already suggested to add slow motion buttons to the replay bar? I just downloaded the new patch, tried it and it was the first thing that came to my mind.

And I'm not sure if I have edited background images, but the options menus could do without really. Makes a lot of stuff hard to read for me. I'm sorry if I don't have the original files, maybe the normal ones don't have this problem, but I can't remember
