Very cool, since i find the Pitboard essential for our lapper because its very useful to see on which section you loose the most time. When will you release your new version?
I have a question to the pitboard. Am i see it right: If someone chooses to see the pitboard, it overrides the other show ups of "good lap bla" from the lapper itself ? So anyone can choose whether he want to see the pitboard or the normal lapper show ups ?
And if someone chooses the pitboard, will it show up the good laps/splits from the other drivers in the host ? (for example Good 1st Split by player1, good lap by player 3 or amazing 2nd split by player 4 ) ?
It looks very cool, and i just have to get 500 servers to install the new lapper version on their servers...^^
Since we had an annoying driver in our host tonight (race was started with only two people, and every time, when he crashed, he started a new race), i would like to give some of my other club members Kick and Ban possibilitys...am i right to do this in this way:
This tool is kinda great and i played with it a bit.
I have a suggestion for it. Unforuntately, users who type "$next" can see the calendar and when the race will start. What they cant see is the track, where the race is, and in which direction.
In our Host "Crash TD Dummies", we drive on FE3. Any User who is driving a 18:00 sec or faster on the first Split gets a comment like "Good Split blabla". On other Hosts (for example the SR-Host), you get the comment, even if you drive a 18:02. Whats it about?
And directly the next question: Is it possible to programm the Lapper, that the comments comes earlier ? I would like to get those Comments (good split, great split) earlier for users, who arent so fast....see they get kinda a motivation....^^
I saw a Lapper script in a host called "Dutch Autobahn Racers" a while ago. And someone told me, the script will be released in a bit. It was kinda well scripted, it showed the Split times in a box on the lower right, beside that it looked very nice.
I'm using the 5.5.2 Lapper, and for some reasons its woking now. Not quite sure if its an error caused by the LFSLapper or the LFS Host. Maybe there was an issue, caused by the x.txt i used.
EDIT: I guess it was a misconfiguration in the X.txt. I started with BL1, and did the x.txt like this way
BL
SO
FE
KY
AU
and that didnt work of course. Now i got a proper x.txt and everything is working fine. So i assume this was more an issue with the LFS.exe and not with the lapper.
But i have another question:
I deleted all of the "#" Makrs in front of the drifting actions, but they do not show up ingame. Is there anything else what i have to do in the .cfg ?
Furthermore i would like to add a point system as in the CTRA Servers. Are there public scripts available i can use in my server or are they kept secret ?
Ah ok, thx. Right away i have another question, because i'm experiencing some crashes with the dedi server since today.
Error Msg of LFSLapper is

LFSLapper is running...
Until here everything works fine, then i wanted to do a trackchange (which worked at all until now) and then the Host finished
The following error occurred:

EDIT
Against configuration rules, i set
/track=WE1
//tracks=x.txt
Which for my understanding means, users cant choice any tracks except WE1. But i tried, and can change to any track. Thats kinda strange to me, and therefore it seems a problem of the dedi host lfs.exe and not of the LFSLapper. Working with this settings....^^
What way do i have to use when updating to new LFSLapper version? Can i simply extract it, and put my own/old config file in it? Or is it the better way, to put all of the data new in there ?
Wow, really impressive VIdeo you made! Is that completely out of Live for Speed ? And how did you do the thing with the camera ? From out side of a car and getting higher and higher...that looked amazing.
